Staff were lovely. Rooms were basic and clean. I don’t think it is fair to market this a hot springs resort if this is paid separately at full price and the hotel guests have the same access to the limited schedules that apply to outside visitors. A more accurate description would be this is a HOTEL ...

We were upgraded apparently and had a water view. Ideally located. Room 24 required a bit of maintenance though
