"The lounge DJ was on the floor above my room, and we couldn’t sleep because the music kept playing until 3 am. Despite all the phone calls to reception, they didn’t do anything about it. Also, most of the employees are not welcoming. They don’t smile and let you feel that you are not welcome."

"The lobby area is nice, the Safran on highest floor is spectacular but insanely pricey. breakfast is not that good for a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. The rooms and things in it are quite dated. The sea view from 6th floor wasn't that nice and was obstructued by crumbling apartments. Overall, didnt like this hotel and wont come back."

"Love the location nice and easy to get around. Hotel is clean. Staff are helpful, we had some issues with our shower and they fixed it as soon as we notified them. Very relaxed and chilled vibe. Gym and spa nice too "
