"Great day for the value. The hotel itself is a little bit tired and probably nearing the point where it needs a renovation, but it was very clean and the staff certainly made up for any shortcomings. It’s very close to a large hospital and freeway access. I would stay here again."

"The room was dirty. We pulled up the Detective with his lights on and lots of people were outside doing drugs. The bathroom was dirty and i would not step on the carpet barefoot. I ordered a cheeseburger medium with fries - it was 30 minutes before closing. The burger came out raw and the fries not cooked all the way. I did not eat it but paid for it. it is a very unsafe place to stay. THE SHUTTLE WAS 445 MINUTES LATE picking us up from training. we were out in a parking lot terrified....

"Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. "Very convienient to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the public rooms, which is not a negative as it really needs updating. Hopefully they will do the individual rooms as well since they are very worn and dated. However, it was very clean and even though the restaurant was a make-shift confrence room for the time being, the food, while very limited, was excellent and the staff member in the restaurant was wonderful and sweet."
