"This property was nice, but not easily accessible for handicapped travelers. Unfortunately the property wasn’t very quiet. You could hear other patrons throughout the halls and that made it difficult to get a solid nights sleep. "

The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. "Great stay "

"Didn’t have hot water in my room so had to change rooms at 9pm and because I booked through Expedia I couldn’t get money off my stay. Better to book directly through them. "

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"We were greeted by the friednliest, most accomodating staff & checking in was as easy as could be. The room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying & had something for everyone & then some! It's a place that you can feel at home but also like the guest of honor. Highly recommended for singles, couples or the whole familu. Not a decision you'll regret!"

"The entrance had a smell of mold; carpet was all ripped up. Room was old. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. Worst stay I have ever had, if fact I did not stay, I went to another hotel. "

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"Clean room and loved jacuzzi "

"Renovations to the hotel are underway and it is brighter in the hallways than it was two years ago. Our room was renovated although the furniture had not yet arrived. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I suggested they add a magnifying mirror and staff said this was in the plans. Two staffers at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. The third was distracted. "

"There was a first who started screaming and banging on really and doors across the floor. This continued for 2 hours beginning around 5am. We were unable to sleep or return to sleep after the event. We brought it to the attention to the front desk but they could not do anything but apologize. "

"Had a great experience , besides other guest - kids banging on the door knocking and ditching . Tv was not able to connect to Netflix or YouTube recommend brining Roku tv of fire tv stick with you. Room was amazing and the pool was too . Jacuzzi was closed when we went but overall a great experience , I will be back soon ! "
