"J'avais demandé une chambre avec vue sur piscine, j'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur parking. La propreté de la chambre est à revoir (calcaire dans la douche, douche qui goutte, sol de la chambre pas totalement propre). Pour le petit-déjeuner il n'y avait quasiment rien à manger. Le parking est payant, cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce, c'est un peu abusé je trouve de faire payer un parking en plus. Un peu déçu des prestations."

"Beautiful property and staff that goes out of their way to provide an amazing experience. Don’t expect a swimming beach, but plenty of room for chairs by the water or the multiple pools. Shanda at the sushi bar went above and beyond to accommodate our group and the sushi was delicious. Mahina was a bit disappointing, food was overpriced and our group didn’t enjoy the steak, crab cakes, or Caesar salad. Beach bar food hit the spot! We will definitely be back, thank you for an amazing stay."

"The staff were rude and we felt like we were intruding on their time. The receptionist did not look at us at all when we checked in at 4.30. and one room was not ready. My daughter's room (206) smelt of wet dog and dog pee. When they asked to move to a different room, reception was rude and put the phone down. There were no mugs, coffee or utensils in the new room and it had not been cleaned properly. We asked for mugs the next morning and still received none. We came back the next afternoon at...

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "

"Good option for a less expensive place to stay vs Key West. Paper towel in unit would be nice! The hot water was warm at best- never got hot. "

"This was a great little affordable nest that we could stay at as we explored both ends of Keys. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The tiki bar on the property was fun and entertaining with karaoke, trivia night, & live bands. Bed was super comfortable. Back door to the channel to watch the boats. We could do everything we wanted without spending a ton on where we stayed. Ideal for the adventurous traveler."
