"Please be prepared that the staff are behind plex-glass/bullet proof glass maybe? The build is secure but there are 2 large screens the staff monitor for every inch of the facility (stairs, every room door). I did not feel safe."

"The room was not worth the price and the name of Hilton very old very small shower and bathroom. They charge forThe parking lot very expensive. In the same price, I can get different hotel, bigger room with a big shower."

"Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had an event we needed to get ready for and had to get ready in the bathroom off the lobby. That night the door to the room wouldn’t open when we returned. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to fix it. Pool wasn’t open. Girl at the frt desk was incredibly rude. Very disappointed."

"This small hotel is great. The only thing which may be improved is parking. There's a small garage conveniently located right in the property. However, if the garage is fool, then parking becomes a bog problems because of parking limitations, related with School busses and street cleanings. It would be nice it the Hotel arrange some parkings spot on the nearby streets"

"I was suppose to stay for 3 days. But I checked out the next day. My room was not clean. The sofa had stains and the floor was dirty. Not only that the pillows on the bed smelled so bad. They say they have room service and that is not true. You have to go downstairs to the restaurant to place your order for food. Then they bring it to your room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Furnitures, fixtures, sofas and carpets looks dirty. A lot of stains on the wall, carpets and couches. Bathroom walls were slimey. It’s probably cleaned by the staff but stains make everything look dirty and uncomfortable to stay at. The older shuttle driver with glasses was horrible! Throwing our luggages during pick up and drop off. He was recklessly driving, speeding, passing cars even when the lane says no passing. He was on his phone too! He probably was expecting for a tip but with...

"If you're visiting friends or family in the Bay Ridge area (or are marooned by a commuter railroad strike as I was) this is a fine place to stay. It is reasonably clean and the free breakfast provided, though basic, is pretty good. My room was comfortable. I considered it cozy, others might consider it small. Ice machine in the hallway didn't work; there were a few small things like that which could use some updating. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops - and a subway- just a few blocks...

"It was better than sleeping in the airport when my flights were cancelled. Some roach spray would be useful (better than having to crush them with my shoes), and the non-smoking room was smelly."
