"Property was clean and minimalistic. Walkable distance from several metro stations. Restaurants and cafe across the street and around the corner. 10-15min taxi from Namba station where you can train to airport KIX. Rooms were large enough for 2+2, with a separate toilet and a dining table to seat all 4 comfortably. My level had 4 rooms, and a single lift for all 12 floors. Wasn’t high traffic. Water refill at ground level. Will try another Minaru branch next time if I go back to Japan. "

"Huge clean apartment. Full kitchen lounge room and kitchen. Comfortably accommodated our 5 adults. Right next to the subway shops restaurants and convenience stores. Near main tourist attractions. Highly recommend. "

"Nice area close to metro and railway station. The room was comfortable and clean. Has a washer and dryer great if you have small kids. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Reception are great very helpful. We hope stay again in the future."

"The room was great! No problems with the room, very comfortable and great oven bathroom area. The check in process was like an in-scape room. Unnecessarily hard and no way to easy way to communicate with the host. The lobby was boiling hot and the lift was like a sauna. I would recommend fixing the air conditioning in the public spaces and improving the check in process. "

"This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto.
