"Das in einem Österreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Überraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaßen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrüßt wurde, war etwas irritierend. Für mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, hätte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. "

"Detta hotell kan vi varmt rekommendera. Vi hade helpension och fri tillgång till spa-området en hel helg. Maten var god och vällagad. Och personalen väldigt trevliga och välkomnande. Vår hund trivdes också på hotellet och med promenader i området. "
