"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend"

"Immaculately clean hotel. My only dissatisfaction was that our initially room had a bathroom sink that was leaking upon our arrival. This should have been caught by hotel staff ahead of our arrival. We were given a new room promptly with an offer to help us repack & move. Otherwise a great hotel in a great neighborhood."

"breakfast varied with lots of options, coffee machine and water machine in lobby. dishes at breakfast were dirty, probably need better cleaning methods. room was clean but shower very small, not suitable for large people. staff very friendly. good location if you want to stay in montemartre. "

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"Stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and it was very nice. By far the largest hotel I've stayed in in Paris, with a separate room with couch, TV, plus roomy bedroom and bath. Balcony was so cute. Front desk man was very helpful and kind."

" This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in. "We had a wonderful stay. The best feature was the large room with is charming and classic design with windows facing quiet street. The bathroom was also spacious with a windows facing the back. We enjoyed the location off the busy street and despite being further north of Paris, the three metro stations close by made up for it. We would stay again. The staff were all welcoming and friendly."
