"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although it seemed that there were not enough housekeeping staff during the weekend when the hotel was fully booked.
The breakfast was great, with a good variety of choices. It was also nice that the hotel had two restaurants open during the weekend, which gave us more dining options.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service."

"Property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. For dining on the property, it only has one place breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was exceptional for all three. One thing I would keep in mind is that this property is a bit far from the city center and all the other restaurants, so you are bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the small city of Hua Hin. It's about a 20-30 min to the malls and shops. But besides that, it was a great hotel....

"Beautiful property next to the beach with several pools. Excellent breakfast buffet which included a section of Indian food. Comfortable room with a view of one of the pools. Walkable to seafood restaurants nearby but it’s no where near Hua Hin. We had to take a Grab ride to and from there."

"This amazing resort is a great escape from the annoying crowds in the middle of Hua Hin. The jacuzzi king room is exactly as advertised spacious and luxurious with an actual jacuzzi.
Cons
If you’re looking for a hotel closer to the town center, this might not be the best choice.
Jacuzzi in the king room doesn’t get hot.
Pros
•The hotel is located away from the city of Hua Hin.
•The hotel’s parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms, taking less than 5 minutes to reach.

"Isanook is a great place to stay. The facility is super clean, the pool and gym are awesome, and the staff is excellent. That said, our jacuzzi -- yes we paid extra for that room -- malfunctioned and began to smoke. So, the jacuzzi addition was a flop. I am also unsure why the bed is made the way it is. Super comfy, yes, but the fitted sheet is creased half way down so there is like an open seam all night. It's very odd. I thought it was a fluke, but it was that way both nights. Anyway, none of...
