"Breakfast was mid, but the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and caring, I never had an issue that they couldn’t solve. Everyone is so friendly and I loved talking to them. Some of the in room amenities could be better (i.e. my mini fridge wasn’t working and my shower kept leaking water), but it honestly wasn’t much of an issue. The location was pretty good too, although I do think the exact walking times to the beaches were overstated, it is a bit longer than what’s on Expedia, but it wasn’t too bad. The hotel is located right in the middle of the two beaches and is not a far walk from palm beach where all the night life and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"An exceptional property in the heart of Palm Beach, perfectly situated within walking distance of outstanding restaurants and shops. While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, they were clean and comfortable. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, well-maintained, and truly enhanced the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning."

"I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late because HE was late reporting to his JOB. We had a tour to get to by 9am, we were told the rental desk opens at 8:30, we waited till 8:45 and he still was not there. We had to take a taxi to our tour because he wasn’t there to renew our rental and we had a half hour drive ahead of us. He got irritated with us and insisted he was going to charge us for an extra day because we returned the car 3 hours late. Um hello, sir…you were late to work! We were unable to return the car earlier than on time to you. But anyways, that was the only negative experience. Everything else was amazing. I’m already looking at dates and prices to book our next trip here!"

"My family and I, along with some friends visited Aruba for a 2nd time and loved it. For our stay at Divi Phoenix, the resort is beautiful overall. However, I was disappointed with the constant beeping in my room my entire stay. Made it hard to sleep. No clue what it was but I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the beds are very, very firm. The sofa bed, you can feel the springs but for kids, its okay for a quick stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. Pools were nice and clean."

"Wonderful trip to Aruba! We traveled to Aruba to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway. Staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba was a great choice, with plenty of activities, dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away. The hotel itself also offered excellent dining options and even a casino, which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the clean rooms to the beautiful beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Our daughter had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the beach every day. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding throughout our stay and truly made us feel welcomed. We absolutely loved our experience and already can’t wait to come back again!"
