"The expensive food in the Hotel buffet was terrible."

"The reception area smelled of cheap men’s cologne. The smell reminded me of taxis in Brazil. The shower/bath tub had poor drainage. The bed was difficult to sleep in and I felt like I was falling off of it. The hotel seemed nice enough and some of the staff were helpful but the hotel needs better management. The shuttle service was actually the best part! Don’t drink the coffee! Coffee was better on the KLM flight!"

"Great place to stay close to the airport (one stop away). 5 minute walk from the train station to the hotel via a pathway, not the road. Staff were very helpful; we got into our room early and the receptionist managed to get us a free shuttle back to the airport (but train is very convenient, as long as you can do the stairs). The shuttle is free from the airport to the hotel but then costs you on the return trip. The train goes directly to the Central Terminal in Amsterdam, about a 20 minute...

"Awesome experience - front desk upon checking in was super warm, friendly, helpful and the breakfast the next morning was awesome. My only wish was a shuttle late evening (up to midnight at least) so we can avoid the $35-$50 taxi ride. Thank you!"

"Als je op Google Amsterdam Airport bastion hotel intikt dan stuurt hij je naar die in Hoofddorp dus je moet goed kijken want wij stonden bij de verkeerde. Het was opzich goed. Draaideur beneden heeft wel een beetje onderhoud nodig en de douche is niet heel schoon. De voegen zijn erg vies. En let op! Hou je niet van zachte bedden dan zou ik hier niet slapen. Ze zijn echt enorm zacht. Pluspunt: zit naast Mac Donalds"
