"This hotel is far better, cleaner, and cheaper than any 4 or 5 star hotel I've stayed at in the USA. Breakfast served on porcelain plates, none of that Styrofoam crap you get at Sheraton for $200 a night and a lame waffle with fake syrup.. I'll gladly stay here again. Only improvement I see needed ..."

Some guest service personnel are friendly and an asset to the service industry, others are defensive and almost rude. That being said they likely had to deal with loads ..."

"The room was small but good enough for one person traveling alone. Had a community kitchen down the hall. Only complaint is there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, had to shower cold."
