The staff were very unhelpful , wouldn’t provide instant coffee , despite a kettle in the room .. only tea apparently, the fridge in the room would work sporadically .. even refused to give me dental kit ..and no shower caps … definitely not worth the money

The staff was very helpful but the hotel was way understaffed. On Saturday night, could not get anyone to serve drinks or provide ice.
