"First the good. Nice location-you can litetally walk across the small parking lot and there's the beach. The air conditioner was a champ. It worked very well & room temperature was comfortable. The not-so-good-lots of trash around the property & new trash every morning, the ceiling in our room leaked in two different places, the room was dirty, obvious stains on curtains and walls, rusty fixtures and dirty lamp shades. This property needs some attention, parking lot is sketch...we paid WAY too...

"Just one thing. The website said they had a pool but they didn't. I was a bit bummed about that because I wanted to swim. Other than that it was lovely."

"Cockroaches, spiders, dead bugs in the corners of the filthy room that smelled. Staff couldn’t even bother to hide this or clean up before we checked in. Balcony covered in trash and cobwebs. We were uncomfortable taking our shoes off in the room and didn’t unpack fully. Checked out after the first night since we arrived after a long drive. Had booked 2 but this was a huge miss. I’ve never stayed somewhere this filthy."

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"
