"Have been booking this hotel every time we’re in Norfolk, it’s such a great location in between norfolk and Virginia Beach. Close to all shopping centers and restaurants. The establishment itself is clean, staff has been nothing but amazing, very welcoming and warming. The rooms are spacious. We normally travel in 6. 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents and we all fit in the suite comfortably.
There are busy times, when the pool is crowded so the water doesn’t look as clear, and the breakfast...

"The staff was above average, very nice, very attentive!!! The laundry room AND pool were closed the entire week we were there, 2 of the amenities I truly needed as a truck driver. But even with that, I enjoyed the room, the bed and the staff . It is an exceptional location with Starbucks in parking lot, Aberdeen Barn directly across the street and many other options"

"The place didn’t look like nothing from the photos. Everything was old in the room. I couldn’t even use the hdmi for my electronic items. The bathroom tub passing was coming off. I was expected to stay two days but I only stay one night and left at 6am. Couldn’t get a refund for the second night because I order from Expedia instead of walking in. A waste of time and a total joke."
