"The property was dated. The hall was carpet was heavily soiled. The pictures did not match the quality of the room. The room was damp. Bed was not comfortable. The WiFi in the room worked but would not connect with the TV. The attached bar was good, it had great deals on food and drink for happy hour. Service at the bar was hot or miss though. I would stay somewhere else in the future. Great location though."

"The ice machine was out of order I was told for a very long time now. The room should be upgraded for Virgina beach. No soap and had just 2 towels. Was disappointed to say the lease"

"Waited 1.5 hrs for our room. No wifi the whole stay. And the balcony was facing another building technically you could see the ocean and beach but it was so loud and extra hot due to the ac condenser blowing hot air onto the small balcony. When told about the issues the hotel told me they were short staffed and offered me a 90 min timeshare presentation to make it right because taking up more of my time is obviously what I needed. In conclusion I wouldnt stay there again and would not recommend...
