"Loved this place! I'm kind of picky about hotels. I can't stand a dirty smelly place. This place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in it for a few days before heading to a family gathering. Then we booked it again for a night before leaving town. The second stay I guess I booked a room that was the last king bed and happened to be the handicap accessible corner room. It was way big and explained the slightly higher price. Even though a paid a little more it was a very restful sleep...

"My husband, my mother and I stayed in two rooms for the homecoming of my son on the USS Gerald Ford. We were very disappointed that the rooms did not have a coffee maker OR a microwave. They also did not have any dresser or night stands with drawers to store clothes. This was definitely like staying in a dorm room. "Love the Location; easy walk to my event. Beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly enough. Cons: TV stations were not working, but received a nice food voucher as a comp. The shower drain backed up regularly and sink gurgled as water slowly drained. Most likely will stay again next year for event."

"Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out....

"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."
