"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"Carpet in room was sticky, room was warm and AC was not cooling. Pillows were great and soft. Great location, MacArthur Mall closed weekend before we arrived... Having to pay for parking, not so great."

"Surprisingly this hotel was GREAT. Room was very spacious. The hotel is being renovated which is a plus. The pool is big going from 3 ft to 9 ft. The only thing I did not like was the smell in the hallway but that’s from renovation. We will definitely stay here every time."

I did the pay when you stay and they tried to charge my card before I arrived to the hotel, so they didn't call to let me know my room was canceled they said they didn't have any information to contact me? How they didn't and made the reservation. So I'm not pleased with the customer representative that said he understands what the hotel was saying...
