"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."

"Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise...

"Breakfast was expensive and inconvenient. Had to be ordered at the "bistro" counter and picked up. There was no bar. I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good,...

"the room was nice. the view of the harbor was pretty cool. the staff was nice and helpful. and the hotel is in a good location so there was a lot to do within walking distance. but i ended up with a faulty toilet. maintenance came by to look into but i was not in the room at the time so im not sure how that went... i just know we ended up using the one downstairs in the lobby primarily. we also were given a set of towels that had clearly visible blood stains on them. so i didn't care for that."

"Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"This is a great option for a pre-cruise hotel. It is close to the port and is certainly no less than a three star hotel."

"Only issue was one of the assigned room they gave us had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk immediately helped us and we were given a new room."

"The front desk was efficient but not necessarily friendly. The property was run down and noisy. Towels and bedding were thin and worn. There was a lack of outlets No blinds or curtain on the window. "

"Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. "

"Room# 214 This place was dangerously disgusting. With peoples left behind body fluids stain covers and sheets. From stain towels to the haired filled sinks to peeling tubs. You can tell the owner is up for a money grab. Because when you care about your property and reputation you will maintain your property. The maintenance on this property is just horrible. From the un-maintained walls, trim and frames. The beds suck! Room# 126 smells of urine and had stain covers and sheets "

"Room was nasty. Door lock didn’t work. We had to prop a chair under I the handle. Peep hole was painted over. Window was filthy. Pictures on Expedia were NOT accurate. Worst place I have ever stayed. Still have not gotten my deposit back. "
