"This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, especially considering the amount of money I was charged. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty. I ended up feeling itchy and uncomfortable throughout the entire night and could barely sleep.
I checked out the very next day because the conditions were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that they refused to refund the remaining portion of my stay, despite the fact that I left early because of the condition...
