"Great hotel in every way. Beautiful restaurant and bar, friendly and helpful staff and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it. One problem for me. The TV was on the wall along the side of the bed. If you sat on the edge of the bed the screen was less than a meter from your face and no back suport. There was plenty of room along the wall apposite the TV for a comfortable couch so a couple could sit and watch TV, or just relax, but there wasn't one. Maybe it's on...

"Nice but basic hotel. No proper lock on the door, which I did not like, as a lone female traveller it meant a barely slept. The reception on 7th floor is very nice, the ground floor lobby is not. I was pleased it was only for one night. I would have had to have gone elsewhere if it was for a longer trip."

"Spacious accommodations with a kitchen and separate area with bed. It was in a good location and was clean and welcoming. There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. Breakfast is good but can be a bit of a bun fight at busy times. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Would very much recommend this hotel for a city break."

"Breakfast was good, with good quality, although same everyday. The bar had plenty of options to drink, open 24 hours, but limited snack options, and no tv. The main issue was the room, no ac, just a fan on the ceiling, and the carpet in the hallway was smelly. The bathroom has a revolving door that kept opening, with no lock. And TV had no channels, you could only castplay from you phone or tablet on it."

"We really had a fantastic experience here. The location is perfect for all of the restaurant choices we made as well as the canal cruise we booked. We also appreciate shaving bike rentals onsite and the option to do just a few hours vs paying for a whole day. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. The staff made us feel welcome and it was notable they were flexible with our needs. We would stay here again for certain!"
