"Had an issue with the bathroom sink on check in.. baddly clogged and not draining. The gentleman at the front desk responded right away and cleared up the issue. Wasn't really his job, but he took on the task and fixed it. 10 out of 10 for this."

"We checked in on a Sunday night when it was empty - for two nights. Not sure why they opted to put us in the room right beside the stairs, but it was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day.
