"Was 4th of July so you could expect crowds, but there were only two guest elevators that were constantly busy. Lucky I noticed the two service elevators were not. Room was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean. Great location right on the river where you can walk in the back. Little sketchy at night, not very well lit, but no problems. Valet only unless you park a couple blocks away."

"Pros: Property location was convenient. Able to easily get around by car. Staff very friendly. Room very spacious and clean. Updated sink, floors, and furnishings. Cons: Bathroom floor and shower tiles clean, but could use a steam cleaning. Noise from the street, other floors, and nearby guests slamming doors and screaming, arguing, and crying, were disturbing. Although not the hotel’s fault, I probably would not stay here again."
