"Nice property but no coffee maker in the room. So you have to go to the lobby for coffee & it’s only served from 7-11AM. If you’re not going to have coffee in the rooms they should have coffee available early…like 5 or 6AM. "

"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."

"Pool was unusable as it was freezing, only one elevator per tower worked and that made moving around difficult. The location and view was the saving grace for this hotel for sure."
