"Very friendly personnel, nice place, but my room at the motel part was not so nice : only one ridiculously small window that if opened was easily for someone to unlock safety lock at door ( for a single woman travelling made it a bit worrying), not opening the window: made room too hot to sleep. Also that window gave no privacy as it's along the door unless you unroll the blinder and make the room dark. "Great location, quiet, close to shops. However no reception staff on duty at 3pm on a weekday. We locked ourselves out of our room tried to contact thrm by phone and email. No response. Luckily a fellow guest helped us. Also a group of youths were accessing the secure property without authorisation. Reported this the next day, they said they knew about it, but obviously hadnt taken too many steps to fix the issue, which was a little unsettling"
