"The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on."

"The staff was great, Jasmine especially went out of her way to help and answer our questions about the area. The breakfast was disappointing; everything was prepackaged/not fresh and the waffle machine was broken."

"A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. "

"The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent"

"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times)."

"Very nice, clean hotel. Very personable staff. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've experienced. Extremely convenient location close to the airport. Complimentary cookies available in the lobby in the evening. Note: this hotel implements a $10 per night charge to park in their lot. I'm sure this is their way to supplement their income. I only wish this would have been revealed at time I made reservations. "

"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."
