"If you need a JFK airport hotel, the Comfort Inn is definitely a good choice. In my experience, the shuttle service was great, and the room was clean and quiet. The early breakfast was much appreciated. Thank you so much. I’ll book again whenever I have to meet family at JFK. I’d flown from Denver, and was thankful to be able to rest and continue with my plans for the next day."

"Staff was great - very welcoming and friendly. Convenient to JFK. Airport shuttle on the hour. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was decent except hot options limited. Room was very small which was fine for one or two."

"The hotel and staff were fine but my room not so much. The fridge in the room was off and I had to trouble shoot how to get it plugged back into the wall behind the cabinet. The was not working when I checked and had issues my whole stay. It would work for brief period and the compressor would stop and only the fan function would work. At the very end of my trip they offered for me to move rooms but at that point was just looking to sleep and be up early for my flight out."

"It was nice inside. You wouldn’t be able to tell that from the outside, though, There was a valet public parking lot at the end of the block. There’s not a drop-off entrance, just a door on a narrow one way street (beyond the parking lot), so if you’re driving you should plan ahead with Google street view."

"Due to a flight delay I had to get another night on about 12hrs notice, they gave it to me at the same rate as my original booking a month before arriving, instead of charging me the day of rate which is much higher. The shower head broke and they fixed it right away. There’s a good quality washer and dryer here which is very convenient. The Indian restaurant a block away is fantastic, there’s a 7/11 open 24hrs next door to that. There’s other good food nearby and quick access to the beaches of...
