"We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

"Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. "Bathroom faucet not working. Ice maker not working. A/c unit knobs not legible. Didn’t know if I had heat or a/c. The bed base was squeaking every time you moved! I’ve stayed in this property 5-6 times before and this was my last. Shaky neighbors in the building in front of this hotel made me and my wife feel unsafe (smoking weed and drinking alcohol in the open). Front desk acknowledged it!!"

"There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too. Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

"Things were clean, but definitely low end and hasn’t been updated in a long time. Nothing horrible, but not super impressive. Think “Schitt’s Creek” vibes. Water took absolutely forever to warm up. Fridge, but no microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room smelled slightly off when we walked in; again, not awful, but not fresh. Lawn was very overgrown. We only stayed for sleeping, so none of it was make or break for us. Nothing to really complain about, but nothing to write home about either."
