"Unpleasant stay, the carpet in our room had a large stain. The bathroom laminate was nasty, the shower curtain was orange at the bottom, the paint was chipping off the bottom of the bathroom door, the room smell was musty. No elevator. Our door lock: handle was loose, the weather stripping around the door was missing you could see light coming through when the door was closed. Zero stars. Motel 6 would’ve been a better choice. "

"It was an amazing property. Only downfall was that once checked in had to talk to another person (she is very easy to talk with) to get a parking permit which there was only one person to talk to and there was a 3 people in line. They give an option to gain information about joining the Sapphire resorts. We got in bed and realized the window shade was totally broken and would not go down. Our room was in the front, so the lights were bright ALL NIGHT LONG...so little sleep. "If you need a place to stay in Williams, this is a good value hotel but be aware that it's an hour away from Grand Canyon National Park. It has clean rooms, ample parking, and helpful staff. We didn't try the basic breakfast offered since there were a few restaurants and fast foods nearby."

"We had an amazing stay at the Luxury Creekside Cabins in Sedona. Our cabin was gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. Such a wonderful place. The breakfasts were amazing! We had gluten and dairy free restrictions so we didn't expect much but the breakfasts were top-notch!! You could tell a lot of thought and effort went into making the breakfasts special. Mike, the manager was great. We would definitely come back in a minute! "
