"Absolutely loved our stay at Ponderosa Pines Resort! The location in Parks is so peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and super comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect, peaceful getaway and a great space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the outdoors together! The grounds were extremely well kept, and check-in/service was seamless. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind near Northern Arizona....

"My negative comment on maintenance concerns the north exit door on the first floor. The panic bar is broken, and you have to press a button to get out. The button responds slowly and sometimes had to be pressed multiple times. In an actual emergency, a life-threatening pileup could occur at this door with people pressing to get out."

"Dominic was amazing and very helpful. I my negative I have is that the steam room would have been nice to have the use as a guest but other than that that, amazing !"

"There was no continental breakfast! They told me it ended 6 years ago and they just never changed the listing on Expedia.. other than that it was nice."

"The room was so clean and comfortable. We were able to do laundry which was an amazing perk. The staff were so kind and helpful. Would stay here again!"
