"Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left."

"Small hotel that had been recently remodeled and upgraded. We stayed in room 163. The room was exceptionally clean, and the parking was very easy to access. It was a good location, right off 40 at the Grand Canyon entrance. The staff was very kind. The view from the room would be my only negative comment, as it faced a back wall to another building."

"This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower."

The Halls weThe Halls were relatively long that meant that the rooms wrote big so I had no complaints about that. In addition to The balcony was a magnificent view of the Foothills. I just asked for a view from the back. It'll be my go-to hotel when I'm back in Prescott"
