"The check-in process took way too long for a room that I had already pre-paid for online. The receptionist could stand to be a little warmer. The room smelled kind of musty, almost like it had been smoked in even though the hotel is a non-smoking property. The breakfast was pretty standard but they did quickly restock as items ran out."

"Stayed here for one night with my two daughters as a short stop on our 6 week roadtrip so we have a lot of places to compare to. The evening "snack" was sufficient as a full meal and incredibly helpful on a long travel day. There was pasta, grilled chicken, salad, hot dogs, nacho bar with New Mexico green chili (yum!), even 2 included alcoholic drinks per adult. Breakfast was similarly fulfilling and greatly appreciated. There was plenty of parking and a lot of available luggage carts right...

"My room was not clean at all. The restaurant is closed for 2 weeks, and only because they can’t/won’t staff it; and all the stuff for sale clogging up the lobby and all over the walls really cheapens the history and reputation of a once majestic hotel. It’s a shame that the non-local owners appear to view it as nothing but profit."
