"For Memorial Day weekend, we decided to stay at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas (NM)..! :) The city is one of our favorite destinations in the state, and we love taking the scenic route (Hwy. 104) from Tucumcari to get there! :) It was our first time to stay at the Plaza. Many celebrities have stayed there, and you can read about each one throughout the hotel. (We discovered that the Plaza was used to shoot scenes for the movie, "No Country for Old Men.") "My room was a good size and had all of the amenities I needed (refrigerator and microwave). However, there were a few areas that reflected a need for updating. Overall, I thought the room was a good deal for the price and it was located near supermarkets and the plaza. I look forward to returning to the TVL in the not-too-distant future. "

"Great restaurant and bar but both are closed on Monday and Tuesday. When you book, stipulate that you do NOT want the room (104) next door to the kitchen on the far end of the hotel. An unfortunate location with a forgotten entry area and view of the trash dumpsters. Room was spacious and clean but the location was extremely disappointing and we were put there because other rooms hadnt been cleaned."

"The room, lobby , and breakfast area were very clean and organized. Brianna a receptionist was very helpful and accommodating after I had a deer car wreck. It appears the motel was undergoing some remodeling. However, the grounds even out of the remodel area needed some daily maintenance. Pieces of a broom, wrapping paper, empty plastic bottles assorted trash, took away from the beauty of the motel."

"I had an issue with the toilet relatively late, the front desk was super helpful and put me in another room quickly."
