"Horrible experience during our stay! Our first room the air conditioner would not cool the room and was extremely loud whenever trying to kick on. The bed sheets were half of the size of the bed and would not stay on mattress - we later asked front desk staff to change rooms they were helpful and accommodating with this however the second bed had a horrible smells that would not go away and the bathroom was covered in ants. I would not recommend staying at this property"

"I have stayed at other Sonesta suites before and this one was similar. It’s a little different than the typical hotel as there’s multiple buildings. I was in a building in the very back, quite a way from the main entrance and where you check in and get breakfast, etc. The person at the front desk when I checked in, wasn’t very friendly or very helpful. He basically just gave me my key and pushed a piece of paper in front of my face and told me to fill it out. He was also helping somebody else...
