"Wonderful stay! Beds were amazing"

"After having confirm reservation through Expedia when I reach hotel at 8:30 PM after a long day, I was shocked to hear from the staff that they don’t have room for me and they were sorry that they overbooked and there is nothing they can do about it. They directed me to Expedia to get the refund I’m a 70 year-old diabetic and my usual bedtime is 9 PM after 3 1/2 hours of going back-and-forth with the staff, they made alternate arrangement at 15 minutes drive with another Marriot property known...

"The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel."

"My legs everything your staff was cool it was a easy check in process the room was clean no bugs I had a good time and I will be back. Also the lady at the front desk she had a good personality."

"The second I pulled in there was no doubt I wouldn't be staying at this property. It was trashed & appeared to be very unsafe. I circled around the property to find a man with no shirt and no shoes chasing another man on a bicycle while screaming, cussing and trying to hit him with a stick. There was tons of trash, broken and damaged furnishings & bags of what appeared to be clothing all throughout the parking lot. The "pool" was filled with broken furniture, mattresses & had a tarp on it...

"Close to lots of food and activities, and there is a shuttle to run you to the airport or coliseum. Very helpful staff and clean facilities with a great choice for breakfast. This was my second stay here and would stay again anytime I have an event in North Charleston."

"My wife made the reservation for an ADA compliant room. I checked us in. When we got to the room, it was NOT an ADA room and the person at the desk, Zack, told me the hotel doesn’t have ADA rooms. Even though it is within a short distance to the airport, they don’t shuttle service, they are not pet friendly."

"The room was outstanding with shades dark enough to keep all light out. The staff reached out to make sure everything was going well. Very quiet at night for sleeping. No complaints."

"I enjoyed the buffet breakfast variety. Also, the separate seating area for watching television was nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful with my booking discrepancy that I encountered. The indoor pool was a plus."
