"Room was great, big and spacious but not really any view, and cleaning every day was helpful. Staff was courteous and nice. Liked the breakfast, so many options. Hotels ideally located in center of Beijing near many sites we wanted to see and lots of things are within walking distance and subway is close by. "

"It’s a very pleasant experience with Hilton Beijing Capital Airport! First we received warm welcome from 武海 (Harry) - Assistant Director of Sales after we arrived yesterday. He was first helping us to do the checking even though the front desk desk employee had been politely doing it, he later personally assisted us to the room and tirelessly advised some of the nice restaurants with good value. Today 付亞靜 (Yvonne) really surprised me by her enthusiasm. Without being asked by me, she noticed me from distance that I might have a question. Proactively she approached me and offered some help to find a restaurant we wanted to go. She even arranged the taxi to take us there. This is a quality hotel we haven’t stayed in for a long time. Harry and Yvonne sure are asset to your organization. I’m impressed! "

"Check in was extremely quick, the entrance is a little bit chaotic sometimes, because of didi and taxis. The bar has good drinks, breakfast has a great variety of food. All the staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the main building and it was great, clean , it had a washer/dryer machine . The furniture was slightly outdated but not a big deal. The restaurant made in china was also amazing. Overall Great hotel!"

"Excellent hotel, and would highly recommend. Room view not of church as pictured on Wotif, but still okay. Excellent staff and many speak English. Fantastic location with an easy walk to the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street which is full of shops and places to eat."

"Great breakfast & great staff. Professional and personal managers, Johnson and Eric 國. Manager Johnson with a great heart - my husband and I met him in the street looking for the subway station. He volunteered to bring us to the station and showed us how to use cell phones to get in, even escorted us into the subway car and pointed which stop to get off. All till that moment, we were completely strangers. I thanked him for being a helper from God since it was the first time we were in Beijing. He then gave us his name card - Room Division Manager Hilton - saying that he was not sure if he was the helper from God but he was sure that he was a helper from Hilton Hotel Wangfujing Beijing, the same hotel we would stay for the next 10 days. At the same night when we came back to the hotel from outings, there were gifts and a birthday card for my husband laying on the desk writing by him with lots of other staff signatures. We were both extremely happy and surprised. How did he find out all about us?? He is not only a helper from Hilton but a real helper from God. He made our China trip so colorful and memorable.
