"We left early on a flight on May 4th and the drive made sure we knew how to get ahold of the property when we made it back in to KC. I am not sure his name it would of been the one on the early morning around 330 am. The property is getting remodeled while we were there and the staff was great to work with when leaving our cars there for our vacation. "

I will mention the staff were essentially non-existent and the one guy who worked there was quite gruff and made no attempt at pleasantries, ignoring us to the point I thought he was a customer at first. "After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"It had a comfortable bed. I needed good sleep after a long day driving. It was near the airport, so was maintained OK. It was worth the price we paid through expedia. There advertised price we got over the phone was high, so we reserv ed through expedia and saved about 30 ish dollars."
