"The room was great! Helpful staff very cute place to stay. My only complaint is the roof top hot tub is closed and when speaking to the staff I was told there is no intention to reopen it. I found the pictures of the hot tub a bit misleading since this is the case."

"Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us."

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
