"Fantastic staff, clean room"

"Rooms were not clean and still had items such as used wash cloths and sheets in the room from previous occupants. WiFi was awful. Breakfast options were little Debbie’s. I was nervous about going up the stairs as they were broken and the metal posts stop two feet above the ground. There is about a 1/4 inch gap around the doors letting light in and possibly others. The bathrooms were falling apart and unventilated. Staff handed us sheets but didn’t change the bed that was stained from previous...

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."

"The water pressure in the shower was poor. The hand held sprayer was useless. The attempt to update was poor. They left old ceramic which was old and nasty on the floor and half way up the shower and left the old bath tub faucets on the wall. The room had no safe, no coffee maker and no ice bucket. There were no hot items on the breakfast and the coffee was terrible. People were nice but we won't stop there again."

"Sleep Inn is conveniently located and easy to access. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and free of any unpleasant odors. One feature I particularly appreciated was that the window could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air to circulate through the room and making the environment feel much fresher and more pleasant.
