Unfortunately 2 days without pool access for what we were told was a poop in the pool really did not sit well with entertaining 4 young children at the end of our short stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in my booking and they went in 1 time. Also the mulch outside caught fire at one point one day, and the following morning there was fire alarms ringing at nearly 9:30 in the morning. Some wake up call. "

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

"The air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I informed the hotel staff but nothing was done about it , luckily I was only there for 2 nights . Also I didn’t really care for the breakfast."

"The staff were rude. The room was run down. The handle fell of the sink spout, the toilet was leaking, the lamp and desk outlets didn't work because the outlet was not working. The microwave and ice machines were on completely different floors from each other. The microwave area was dirty. I would never stay here again. I actually cancelled a future reservation for another concert."

"Room was ok. Questionably accessible. Carpet in rooms makes pushing a wheelchair difficult. Not sure if there are any push in showers, but the room we were given was a tub with hand bars. It looked like there was a bracket for a in-tub shower seat, but the seat was not there, nor in the room."
