"Parking is lacking and the front desk staff seems bothered to have to do their job. I think she had her boyfriend behind the desk with her. There was someone behind the desk sitting in a chair with feet up. No Holiday Inn Express uniform. Very unprofessional."

"I came down for a Fever game and this was the closest affordable hotel to stay at because it was Indy 500 weekend. Oops. I have stayed at Sonesta Select Hotels previously and was always impressed. This one was really dingy - not very well maintained on the outside. Inside it was good. But just looked very sus from the outside. The staff was nice. The room was fine. Just not what I expected."

"Our room didn't work with their keying system so anytime we needed to enter our room, a staff member had to come and let us in with a physical key. The towels all had brown spots on them. When we arrived the tub had 6" of standing water in it from a leaky faucet so showering was out of the question. Breakfast was fabulous, staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't another room to move to."
