"We had a wonderful vacation at the Beachcomber Resort! The hotel staff, from check-in to the restaurant, pool and beach attendants, bartenders, etc. were friendly and solicitous. The grounds were beautiful, with two pools and a recreation area with cornhole and ping-pong. It was cool the first two days of our stay, but we still enjoyed a swim in the pool which was heated to about 80 degrees. They had a shuttle pick us up from the cruise port when we got of the ship. $10 per person. We arrived at the hotel early and within a short amount of time they were able to get us a room.
