"My experience was very bad. When we arrived and were given our room, we went to it and opened the door, only to find that someone was already staying in the room. We went back to the front desk and explained the situation. The employee was very kind and gave us another room.
When we entered the second room, there was no sink in the bathroom, and the sink was sitting on the floor. The bed was also not made. I went back to the front desk again, and at that point, my daughters and I could only...

"Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from a Best Western. I booked because their prices were great, and I needed a place to stay (obviously). I was very impressed! Front desk was nice, and they had a great selection of snacks and drinks. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the sheets were sooo soft. I didn’t do breakfast which I’m pretty upset about because 1) it’s rare a hotel offers free breakfast anymore and 2) it smelled delicious. Location was weird, but in a good way? Easy access in and...

"The room was extremely clean. The wi-fi connection was not that great in this recent room which was located within one of the executive suites also the view was not as nice as it was in the standard room. The bed was not as comfortable as in the standard room, unless you're a fan of an extra extra firm mattress. In other words, the standard room previously stayed in would receive a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. The Executive room would actually receive a possible 7. Overall, it is a lovely...

"Liked the place. Non-smoking room was true non-smoking, didn't feel any smoke residue. Everything was a little outdated, but clean and working. Didn't like the mattress, cheap polyester sheets and weirdly small pillows with some bouncy filling inside.
Breakfast was OK, some variety, yogurts etc. Parking outside was convenient."
