"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, I was there with work and the wifi did not work properly so I couldn't use my laptop. This was frustrating, hence the lower rating"

"Spa.was relaxing andnthe pool, until ot eas divided into swimming lanes and we were forced into cramped spaces with a 2 year old. Pool temperature was too low. "
