"Koho has the potential to be an excellent hotel, though sadly they seem distracted: they’ve opened a new spa, added rooms?! and seem more focused on all this than the guest experience. They had a photographer staying, models or even the dreaded “influencers” and it was all a bit weird. Deluxe studio was good, with a large bed and decent bathroom (didn’t like how bright the air-con dials made the room at night, mind) but it was also next to the bar, where they chop ice before 7am, sweep outside...

"This sweet hotel with just 8 spacious bungalows was a great find. Just minutes from the main street and East side beachfront, I loved the location. The team are so helpful and friendly and quickly they learn your name. The spaces were so comfortable with a king side bed and pretty mosquito netting as well as an ample bathroom with the gorgeous open air shower. Breakfast was a bit of a walk away about 8 minutes but along the beachfront so no hardship at all. I didnt ask but Im sure they could...

"Fantastic Villa, close to the beach, dining and attractions. A little bit of work going on when we were there so not as quiet as we would have liked for a private villa. Overall a great place."

"The staff were all lovely. Only negative is the noise. Rooms all surround the pool as in steps away from it and late into the night there was loud laughing and merrymaking. No sleep for sober guests until early morning. It is an ideal spot away from the crowd but within 3 minutes of walking to/from the harbour and said crowd."
