"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The main issue during my stay was that the air conditioning in my room was not working when I arrived. Since air conditioning was listed as an included amenity, I expected it to be available from the start. After reaching out through Expedia, the issue was addressed and fixed, and I was satisfied with the resolution....

"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."
