My 13 year old was still in the room and she would have had to deal with someone walking in on her, which is not ok. "

"The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures.
