This hotel was not nice and when we checked in our room had hair all over the pillows and sheets and blood on the sheets. We were moved to another room but definitely would not ever stay here again. "Roach infested"

"I used Hotels.com to book a room with two king size beds. When I checked in I was told it was a room with one bed only. I called hotel.com and the guy with the thick accent could not help me a tow bed room that I originally signed up for. It’s a good thing I only spent 2 nights. My son had to sleep on the floor. What’s frustrating is I went back and tried to verify where I paid for a room with 2 beds but it was nowhere to be found. I will never again use Hotels.com and I definitely don’t recommend them."
