"I contacted Expedia through the virtual assistant for a refund and was told I’d be receiving full refund due to how dirty and moldy the hotel was. We checked in, went to room, it smelled horrible with mold on pictures and window and broken & loose floor tiles etc. we left right away. The front desk girl said that Expedia only had to send email to them and they’d approve the full refund. I didn’t stay there, it was gross."
